Terms and Conditions

On Shipping:

 Turnaround

  • All orders are shipped within 72 hours from Monday to Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. (GMT+10:00)

Carrier/S

  • We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:
    • SmartSend

 Order Tracking

  • If a Tracking Number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the corresponding tracking information. Please note that some orders using         1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

 Shipping Rates

  • The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight (and subsequent dimensions) of your item/s and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to discontinue or disregard your purchase if you decide to do so.

 Back Orders

  •  If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of your order that is on stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

On Payment:

  • Money transfers to our nominated account

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any viable reason, your credit card will be refunded.

On Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

How to Return an Item

  • Unless there is a manufacturer defect, your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. An item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Please email billums@billumsales.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Tracking Number relative to the said request.
  • Alternatively, you could send your returned item through post to:

Tracking #

  • Include in your package a signed letter and a copy of your valid ID stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

  On Return Exceptions:

  • Purchased items cannot be returned if they have been opened or tampered with.
  • If the merchandise/item has been worn, used, or altered, this will likewise not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

  • All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. Further, we do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you have paid on the order.

Exchanges

  • If your item is still in new condition, you may exchange your purchased item for a different style or design. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case; however, you will still have to pay the corresponding return shipping fee.
